Restricted Activities

A condition of use of the Nuapay services is that Nuapay is not used in any way to support the activities listed below.

Should any activities be undertaken that breach the list below access to the Nuapay service may be suspended with immediate effect resulting in the inability to make or collect payments.

• Violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
• Are fraudulent in nature;
• Encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity;
• Facilitate the transfer of funds to or investments in any of the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela;
• Can be considered to be defamatory, false, harassing, harmful, hateful, libellous, misleading, pornographic, obscene, threatening;
• Infringes any third party’s proprietary rights or intellectual property under any jurisdiction;
• Supports pyramid, ponzi or certain multi-level marketing schemes; or
• Supports or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
